Finding Balance in College Life

Your college years will go by so quickly that you won´t even notice!

So take time to embrace all that is happening. Obviously, you need to study and work hard for your degree but also remember to enjoy yourself. Spending 100% of your time studying can make you feel stressed and fall into burnout. So take breaks, do some activities you enjoy, and pause to share some time with your mates.

During this time you are developing some of your long-standing wellbeing habits, habits that will allow you to effectively manage stress, anxiety, and “balance” for the rest of your life, so its important to think through these habits and experiment to find the right ones that suit this new phase of life. Independance comes with responsibilities and taking your mental fitness into account is equally as important as doing well academically.
