Training school counsellors in effective techniques...

Last week we at The Bedrock Program hosted a distinguished pool of over 80 guidance counselors in the GCC region and held a deeply engaging training session on Linking Psychometric assessments to student success. It was a closed virtual session, and we were honoured to be chosen to deliver our best practices and tools to support key people making a difference in the lives of children and young adults in the region.

It has been overwhelming how much the training has made a difference and the sheer number of people who have reached out in appreciation and the wonderful messages I keep receiving from the organizers after-the-fact on the continual feedback of how the material mattered. This feedback is #invaluable.

We believe that #professional development is a life-long endeavor when it comes to working with youth, creating engagement, motivation, and making a difference, we need to pull ideas and best practices from every #stakeholder to get it right.

We will continue to do our part, and support our youth directly or indirectly, working together to make a difference. I am proud of our team and look forward to continuing to make a real #difference for #youth.
