We are growing to support more youth

The Bedrock Program has grown into a very successful practice over time. Since our inception in 2019, we have expanded from one-to-one coaching, to include workshops and even guidance counsellor traings with regulators in the GCC region. In the past, 4 months we have been working tirelessly behind the scenes with Founder Institute UAE & GCC to build a solution to reach more youth trying to discover their career path in an affordable way for parents, and a highly engaging way for the youth.

We want to be relevant so they view us as a partner, and stay with us on the journey, even whe we ask tough questions that they aren't prepared to answer. There is enough research out there that has proven, that having a career that relates to your core values creates confidence and increases motivation, not just in school, but throughout your career.

Our main focus has always been to help each clients identify their values and seek careers that align.

We will shortly launch our platform called The Journey. Partnering with schools that understand the importance of Career readiness, as a key milestone to their work with students on College readiness.

We will also be working with students whose parents have expressed an interest directly.

This is an exciting time for us as we embark to truly change the way career readiness has been approached in the past and make it affordable and accessible to many.
